All reservations may be canceled or amended up to 48 hours prior to check-in without charge. Reservations canceled or amended within 48 hours of check-in will incur the total cost of the booking. Similarly, non-arrivals will be charged for the full amount of the booking.

Bookings made with our Non-Cancellable rate (NC) will incur the total cost at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable. We ask you kindly to be sure of your booking prior to booking a Non-cancellable rate as should your situation change, we cannot provide you with a refund.

Our Terms and Conditions of staying;
The booker accepts full responsibility for my actions and those of my guests during our stay at Regents Court. I agree to behave in a manner that is respectful and considerate of other guests and residents.

I acknowledge that Regents Court reserves the right to charge a fee for call-outs related to lost keys, noise disturbances, damages, or any other reason at the discretion of the company. This fee may include additional costs associated with recovery or mitigation.

I take responsibility for any damages to Regents Court property caused by myself or my guests during our stay. I hereby authorize Regents Court to charge the credit card I have provided for any expenses incurred due to damage or services rendered during my stay.

I understand that smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of Regents Court, and any violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine, which will be charged to my credit card.

Additionally, I understand that cancellation policies, check-in/check-out times, and any other specific terms related to my stay will be provided upon booking and should be adhered to.
