Should you be arriving for your reservation outside these hours, please refer to your LATE ARRIVAL information e-mail.

We do have an after-hours team who can assist you with general enquiries (02) 9331 2099.

Important details will be listed on your WELCOME LETTER which you will receive on arrival, or in your room after-hours.

For emergencies, please follow our emergency procedure in your room.
