Please note our Easter long weekend Reception Hours.

Friday 3rd April: 9 am - 2 pm
Saturday 4th April: 9 am - 4 pm
Sunday 5th April: 9 am - 2 pm
Monday 6th April: 8 am - 2pm

Our reception team will be able to assist you during these hours. Though should you have any questions or queries, please reach out to us.

Should you be arriving for your reservation outside these hours, please refer to your LATE ARRIVAL information e-mail.

We do have an after-hours team who can assist you with general enquiries (02) 9331 2099.

Important details will be listed on your WELCOME LETTER which you will receive on arrival, or in your room after-hours.

For emergencies, please follow our emergency procedure in your room.

Lock-out fees do apply and call-out fees apply for non-emergency calls
