The Story
A collection of boutique apartments set within a 1920s Art Deco brownstone in Potts Point.
Nostalgia lives in the bones of Regents Court — softened, reworked, and quietly brought back to life. Tucked along a leafy street but steps from the city’s rhythm, it’s both in it and away from it.
Originally built in 1926 as a gentleman’s chamber by architect Claude Hamilton, the building quickly became a meeting place for artists, performers and passing creatives. That energy never really left.
Reimagined in the ’90s with care for what came before, it remains a space shaped by people — layered, lived-in, a little undone in the right way.
Not one story, but many. A place to land, create, and stay a while..
